Proper care, maintenance and inspection, along with regular bioburden testing can ensure that your washing process is working, and instruments are coming clean.

Bonus tip: Replace the pump inlet filter with an In Line Water Filter, which should prevent this problem from reoccuring. Make sure to add a Reservoir Cap/Filter kit to prevent debris from entering the water reservoir.
